A wide variety of cookies, cakes, brownies, tarts, and any other sweet baked desserts you can think of are filled with any and every potion you can imagine. Any potion can be put into any pastry, as long as you have coin or trade, if you know who to ask.

A sweet bakery business run by Rose Marie, Maryah, and occasionally even Malphoy that is out to provide the students (and occasionally on holidays a few more open-minded adults) with the help they so desire. Malphoy came up with the idea and name after tasting an amazing Decadent Strawberry Blondie Cake that Rose Marie surprised him with for his birthday during their second year. He had the idea to run it from the Slytherin common room, given that he could much easier control those students than she could the Ravenclaw ones. Maryah jumped on board to help her best friend, making all the potions that eventually go into the pastries. She takes private advanced potions lessons with Snape in an attempt to learn harder, more desired potions to help Rose Marie grow her customer base. The two of them plan to open a bakery in Hogsmeade once they graduate from Hogwarts.

Rose Marie started baking when she was a child with her grandmother, taking recipes that had been passed down through her family for generations and adding her own twists to them. She was never afraid to try new flavors, add in unusual ingredients, or try a wild and funky decoration style. The older she got, the bolder she got in her creations. Even as a fifth year, she gets commissioned by a lot of full-grown wizards to make wedding, birthday, and anniversary cakes, occasionally even being asked to cater the entire event with the help of her best friend Maryah. Everything she sells goes to paying back Malphoy, who secretly funded her venture, and then buying a cute little bakery in Hogsmeade, that will sell both her potioned & normal baked goods. The girls have dreams of eventually opening a second location in Diagon Alley, if the first one in Hogsmeade does well.
